We take great pride in our compassionate approach with all animals, and kitties in particular. Aurora Animal Hospital has even received an award from the American Association of Feline Practitioners for 'Outstanding Interest and Ability in Feline Medicine and Surgery.' We strive to make our practice a safe haven for cats so much so that we've received the highest Gold level certification from that same association for medical and care practices. We have a dedicated exam room only used for cats with shelves and areas to climb so when we examine your kitty we're doing it on his or her terms, not ours. We can even arrange for anxiety-reducing medication and a cat-only entrance for those kitties who are particularly anxious.
It's all part of our effort to make your pet as comfortable as possible so they get the care they need for a healthy, active life.
